Lead Investigator
Juan Sigler has worked in criminal justice system since 1981. He started his career with Alameda County Probation and California Youth Authority (now California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation– Division of Juvenile Justice) where he worked as a Youth Counselor and Parole Agent and Parole Agent II. Juan Sigler graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Administration of Justice as well as MBA credits from Golden Gate University. Additionally, Juan is a member of the World Association of Detectives and he has over 5000 hours of specialty training. Juan has conducted over 1000 investigations in the areas of adult and juvenile criminal defense, civil right violations, asset recovery, missing persons, locates and background investigation. Juan has served as the East Bay District Director & Governor of the California Associations of Licensed Investigators. He is also a member of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Contra Costa County Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, and the California Defense Investigators Association. Always giving back, Juan is a former board member with Dress2Win Global Educational Foundation and has worked with the Lend a Hand Foundation. |

Sharon Sigler, our leading associate for workplace EEO cases, holds a degree from San Jose State University and has worked for the Bay Area Rapid Transit and Kaiser Permanente. She brings 18 years of combined experience in the area of workplace EEO complaints and was a Senior Investigator with Kaiser.
Maritza Z. Maritza Zamora was born and raised in Oakland, California. Growing up in Oakland, she naturally found herself drawn to analyzing the crimes happening in her area. Through her passion even at a young age, she became involved with law enforcement as a volunteer. Maritza has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a master’s in public administration. She started her career in investigations as a workers' compensation investigator. With a focus on background checks, she became efficient at information gathering and skip tracing. In 2022, Maritza obtained her license as a private investigator, and began to explore opportunities to further her career. In June 2023, she joined SAI, where she has continued to grow in her profession. Maritza is known for her attention to detail, her thorough investigations, and her ability to relate and interact with others. She is bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish. Maritza always goes above and beyond to ensure that SAI's clients receive the information they need. With her expertise, knowledge of the community, and dedication, Maritza has become an integral part of the SAI team. |
